Developer360 Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Developer360! We understand that there may be situations where you need to request a refund. This policy outlines the circumstances under which a refund may be granted.

Refundable Services:

We offer refunds for ready-made projects only. Custom development work is not eligible for refunds.

Refund Timeframe:

  • To be eligible for a refund, your request must be submitted within 3 days of placing your order.
  • After 3 days, the refund amount decreases.

Refund Percentages:

  • Within 3 days of order (project not delivered yet): 50% refund
  • Between 3 and 7 days of order (project not delivered yet): 25% refund
  • After 7 days or for completed projects: No refund

Non-Refundable Services:

  • Completed projects
  • Custom development work

Reasoning for Non-Refundability:

Refunds are not offered for completed projects or custom development work due to the time and resources invested. In the case of custom projects, outsourcing may occur, and these costs are already incurred upon project initiation.

To receive your refund, please provide your refund account details, UPI ID, or bank QR code via email or WhatsApp.

Circumstances for Refunds:

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You cancel your order before work begins on your project.
  • Technical issues prevent the project from being completed.

Additional Considerations:

  • Partial Refunds: No refunds will be granted for partially completed work.
  • Force Majeure: In cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, acts of war), a 25% refund may be offered if the project is not yet completed.
  • Governing Law: This refund policy is governed by the laws of Delhi, India. Any disputes arising from this policy will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi.
